Trade Logistics

We manage stocking and sales operations as a consignment agent across various regions in India. Under this arrangement, imports are held in our custody, and upon receiving orders from the MNC, we generate sales invoices, deliver products, collect payments inclusive of taxes and nominal service charges, and subsequently remit funds to the MNC as per the export invoice. All transactions comply fully with RBI regulations, allowing us to handle customs duties, taxes, warehousing, distribution, and service charges while meeting all statutory requirements in accordance with the terms agreed upon with the MNC.
An MNC seeking to sell products in India without a physical presence can leverage our services. We import products using our Importer’s Exporter’s Code (IEC), clear customs via a Custom House Agent (CHA) appointed either by us or designated by the MNC, and transport goods using ITC’s licensed transportation facilities. Inventory is stored in International Transport Carrier (ITC)-registered warehouses, from where products are sold or delivered just-in-time to customers identified by the MNC. We issue tax invoices to customers, facilitate product delivery through ITC’s transportation network, and collect payments based on credit terms set by the MNC. We retain applicable customs duties, CHA fees, VAT, CST, ST, LBT, transportation charges, service fees, and any excess margin before remitting only the import commercial invoice value to the MNC.

All applicable taxes will be discharged by us in a timely manner, and service charges will be invoiced accordingly and adjusted against collections. Any excess margin may be utilized for training and marketing activities subject to prior approval from the MNC. Payments to the MNC are made strictly against actual collections from customers. In cases of delayed payments by customers, the MNC will need to coordinate with ITC to ensure credit availability so that statutory liabilities are met promptly.
